Our annual Housing Association Reward Survey results are in.

We recently surveyed 22 housing associations to understand how they’re approaching pay rises this year:

  • Most respondents are planning for a pay award of 2.0% to 2.5%.

  • While this is much lower than last year, increases for lower paid employees will often be higher to keep pace with the Real Living Wage.
