It is hard to believe that we took the plunge and decided to start up our own consultancy ten years ago this summer!
It was in the middle of a recession, but it felt the right time to move on from the reward arm of the consultancy that I had helped establish. EBRS was incorporated in August 2009. We wanted the freedom that running our own business could bring, despite the obvious risks that came with it. We also had a vision of the way that we wanted to work.
We have always tried to stay true to this, taking time to understand what our clients actually need from their reward and tailoring our solutions accordingly. One of our strengths is in using data to provide evidence and inform the professional advice we give to clients to make changes to their reward systems with confidence.
We have built up long term partnerships with clients over this time, but it was great to receive this feedback from one company we have started working with this year:
