In spite of the challenges and restrictions of COVID, 2021 turned out to be our busiest year yet at EBRS (hence the lack of news updates on this site!)
We enjoyed working with a range of large and small clients around the UK, from charities to chocolate factories. In doing so, we adapted our skills and systems to review reward strategy, design pay structures, analyse and redesign jobs, and benchmark hundreds of roles.
We also reviewed our processes, strengthening our benchmarking capability by investing in access to a huge pay database that we can tap into for our clients and improving our own advert tracker database to monitor trending in a wider range of advertised roles.
We also boosted our Excel knowledge with specialist training, helping us to develop our pay modelling systems. We’ve then applied this with our clients to bring in pay structures that meet their specific needs.
Who knows what 2022 will bring? Hopefully plenty of opportunities to help our clients - and fingers crossed for the chance to get away on a couple of foreign holidays as well!
