When looking for benchmarking information on pay, benefits, or even on HR performance, it can be difficult to find robust data. There may be little source data available and buying data can be expensive, but we can help...
Pay rise surveys
By their nature, regular pay surveys provide a historical snapshot of pay levels, so are of limited value to clients who are looking ahead as they plan for their next pay review.
To help our clients keep tabs on pay trends we run Pay Rise Thermometer surveys on an annual basis. We have run surveys for Charities and Housing organisations for the past three years.
These are free to participants, who receive a report within days of the survey closing, and also available to non-participants for a small fee.
HR benchmarking surveys
The only way that an organisation can assess how well it is really doing is by measuring itself against its peers. While some information is openly available for inspection, most meaningful data is not so easy to obtain. We specialise in running surveys that enable organisations to accurately benchmark their HR performance.
We have now completed our second annual HR Barometer Survey for Housing Organisations and the report is now available for purchase. This is invaluable to those responsible for HR in the sector, providing a single source of comparative data. Participants will get a comprehensive survey report and a a customised data summary that compares their information with the whole sample and with organisations of a similar size.
Employee opinion surveys and focus groups
We can run employee opinion surveys, using online or paper-based questionnaires. As part of the service, we can design, collate, analyse and report on these surveys for you.
We can also facilitate on-site focus groups, analysing opinions that emerge. These can be run in addition to, or instead of, a survey. Learn more about how we can help you survey employee opinion.
Reward surveys
We have considerable experience in designing and running surveys, so can provide you with an alternative data source.
These surveys can cover pay, bonus and benefits provision. Data is collected by secure online questionnaire or using an Excel spreadsheet, which participants can fill in at their convenience.
We go beyond most survey reports by presenting detailed commentary that explains the trends in the data. Find out more about our Reward surveys.
