To manage your resources well, your HR function has to be cost-effective. You need to be able to show the value that it adds and the quality it provides. The aim of our HR Barometer surveys is to provide you with a tool to gather qualitative and quantitative evidence of the performance of your HR function.
This will enable you to compare your HR function with that of similar organisations. It will also help you to review your HR strategy and provision so that you can take steps to improve its effectiveness.
From our experience, we know that typical benchmark measures such as turnover rates, are useful indicators – to a point. Our surveys are invaluable to those responsible for HR, as they supplement the usual quantitative HR indicators with a range of questions that capture examples of the practical application of HR strategy.

In both surveys, participants will receive a general overview of the survey findings. You can also opt to receive a detailed report that compares your organisation's performance with the rest of the survey sample.
We plan to launch the survey in other sectors, so let us know if you would be interested in discussing how the survey could be of benefit to you.
