To help you keep tabs on pay trends we run annual pay rise surveys that are free to participants. These give you the chance to see what others are planning in your sector in a way that regular pay surveys, which provide a historical snapshot of pay levels, do not.
How high will pay rises be in 2012?
To help Charities and Housing organisations find out, we have operated annual surveys of pay rises in these sectors for the past three years.
Participants receive a free copy of the the survey report in early February, providing them with a robust and independent source of data that they can use to
help set their pay budget for the year ahead.
The detailed survey reports include data from a range of participants of different sizes from across the country. They both cover:
- average predicted rises by size and location - anticipated increases in grade ranges - a comparison of rises in 2010 and 2011 with those planned for 2012 - the factors that influence pay - planned changes to reward in 2012

The 2012 survey reports will be published in February. Non-participants can order copies for £150 plus VAT using the form below. When the reports are available, we will send you an email with a PDF copy of the report(s) you order, together with an invoice for your purchase.
